MS150 Rides

2003 MS150 Ride

We rode seventy eight miles on Saturday in perfect weather from Cherry Hill to Ocean City in six hours. We were surprised at the number of tandems but were the only one with our own tunes. We were rookey riders with the Wild Bucks the MS riders from the Central Bucks Bike Club. They are a great group and very supportive. After a few beers and a good pasta dinner we were early to bed. Up and on the road at six a.m. for the trip back on Sunday. Another great day of riding and another six hours and home. We are planning to do the New York five boro ride on May 2nd and the MS 150 again in September. If you would like to sponsor Margie and I, email us or go to the MS150 website ( will post later). Our goal is to raise one thousand dollars in 2004.

2004 MS150 Ride

Margie was busy helping Erika with the twins (see grandchildren next) so Matthew and I did the ride. The weather was looking really bad right up to the start from the hurricane and then the sun came out. We had a good ride on Saturday, the usual fum at Ocean City and then Sunday had a 10 to 20 mile headwind. Look for our new website for the 2005 ride.

2006 MS150 Ride

Again I rode by myself but this time on my new, old Schwinn road bike. A much better ride except for the first twenty miles of rain. I actually caught up with the Wildbucks (see picture) and rode in to Ocean City with them. Sunday the weather was better and as usual it was a great time.
